Welcome

About me

I have a PhD in sports nutrition and have over 50 peer-reviewed publications. I have worked with recreational and elite athletes to optimise nutrition for their health and performance I work with women because there is too much misinformation targeting them — despite there being no evidence to support these claims.

The Problem I See

Women blamed for physiological changes they were never taught about. Instead, widespread misinformation circulates that is often overly complex, excessively strict, unsupported by evidence, and ultimately ineffective.

My Approach

I don’t just take one study and state it as fact. Rather than relying on a single source, I explore various studies on the subject to grasp their nuances and limitations. This helps me develop an informed opinion and understand in which circumstances, and for whom, these findings may be beneficial. I also think it is important to state the limitations of the current research and not to overstate the findings.
